In 1996 we decided to just work hard at building a better biz. Going on-line was very strange, but it came together. We realized we had to do more than build, upgrade, consult and fix on computers if we wanted to survive on line. So we branched out to retail.

Now, the reason we said 'a better biz', is because we sat down and analyzed this industry. We studied the history of it. We followed the development of it.
