FedEx Priority Overnight

FedEx Priority Overnight is the only shipping method available for orders that must ship on Saturdays, or to Alaska and Hawaii. In accordance with FedEx shipping policies, a signature must be obtained by the FedEx carrier at time of delivery.

UPS Ground Service

An excellent choice for routine shipments. Reaches every urban and rural address throughout the 48 contiguous states. Average delivery time is 3-7 days (depending on location), with guaranteed delivery dates for commercial addresses. Delivery to some remote residential areas may take additional days.

Alternate Carriers or Special Handling If you need to specify an alternate shipping method or some other type of special handling for your order, please call us at (323) 373-5666 to place the order.

Signature Required on Delivery

Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery; therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship to post office box addresses or hotel/motel rooms under any circumstances. Also please note that packages cannot be rerouted once shipped.

Order Cutoff Time
Each order must be credit approved and must be transmitted to the shipping warehouse before the cutoff time of that warehouse location. Same-day shipping cutoff times vary by warehouse location and may range from 2:00pm to as late as 10:00pm. Orders placed and/or credit approved later than the applicable warehouse cutoff time will ship the next business day.

Shipping Status Indicators
For every item listed on our site, we clearly indicate the current shipping status of the item: Same Day, Next Day or Please Call. These status indicators are guidelines only, and do not constitute a guarantee.

The status indicators are defined below:
Same Day, In Stock: Applies only to items marked as "Same Day", and which do not require configuration, and which are for delivery in the contiguous United States. The "Same Day" indicator is not a guarantee that your order will ship the same day you place it. This only indicates that the item in question is currently located in a warehouse that may be able to ship the product to you today-if all applicable guidelines are met. Under normal circumstances, orders placed and credit approved by 2:00pm weekdays will ship that same day via FedEx Priority, which delivers by 10:30am the next day in areas where available.

Next Day, In Stock: Usually ships the next day. This product is currently located in a warehouse that is closed for shipping at this time. Your order will usually be shipped the next business day, pending credit approval and receipt of your order at the warehouse.

Please Call: This product is not currently available for shipment from any of our warehouse locations. Please call us at (323) 373-5666 for an estimated arrival date.

Credit Approval
Credit approval and order transmission can take several minutes, and may take longer for new customers and/or larger orders.

Phone Orders
Phone orders placed and credit approved by 10:00pm (for items in stock, not requiring configuration, for delivery in the contiguous U.S.) will ship by the next day, if not the same, via UPS, or if preferred, FedEx Priority for next business morning delivery. Otherwise, the above policies generally apply to orders taken by phone.

Rerouting
Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped.

Shipping Costs
Costs may be based on average/estimated weights and may vary from actual shipped weight. Call or email us obtain accurate shipping costs.

Insurance
All orders shipping to the 50 United States are insured at no additional charge.
